Our commercial brands of olive oils are:
MILLAS, LA PREMSA AND VALL D'OLI
We have our own farms with more than 500,000 olives, as well as our own oil mill in the Ribera del Ebro area. The ARBEQUINA olive is found among the varieties of the area where we work, from which we extract our Arbequina extra virgin olive oil. The other varieties we grow are EMPELTRE and ARBOSANA.
We sell extra virgin olive oil to orujo (oil from a second pressing) in all formats through OLIS VERGES DE TARRAGONA, which is specialises exclusively in olive oils which it exports throughout the world.
PROFESIONALS OILS
Sunflower Oil: This oil is notable for a mild taste which is marked by the flavour of the seeds. It is widely used in the frying market due to its neutrality with respect to the product fried. It has almost no influence on the flavour of the fried product and produces only a low level of smell.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
(Garlic mayonnaise)
This product is an emulsion of oil with natural garlic and eggs; it has a thick consistency, it white in colour, and has a characteristic taste of natural garlic. All its ingredients are of the highest quality. In compliance with the specifications imposed by the Oil Quality Department of Millas S.A.
APPLICATIONS
A sauce made for accompanying dishes based on meat, potatoes and bread. It is also ideal for dishes where a touch of garlic is required.
