At cold times of the year, a nearby heat source is required to melt the fat into which the oil has turned. Even so, it is more fluid than fat.
It also resists at high temperatures, though not for as long as Superfrid, thus achieving less oily, healthier products.
It adds no flavour or smell, it simply fries.
It is easy to handle and is packaged in large drums of 22Kg (25L approx.) and 9Kg (10L approx.)
