SUPERFRID

This oil is liquid at room temperature meaning it is not necessary to pre-heat it, thus saving energy and time.

Higher frying temperature. It is produced (and we recommend using it) at high temperatures (190ºC) without degrading, so it does not make fumes like others oils.

This oil has a high frying temperature and so fulfils its purpose of creating an attractive golden crust to fried food, without soaking into it.  This, in turn, has two positive effects: on the one hand, the fried food is healthier, and on the other, less oil is required, leading to enhanced product yield.

It does not alter the specific product flavours when frying and does not produce strange smells like other oils in the market.

It is a totally safe and easy-to-handle product: packaged in drums of 22kg (25L approx.) and 15L bag-in-box.
